Staff will be addressing member questions from basic issues to more complicated questions. Smart Media programming team have also created new features for Support Admins to ensure a streamline approach which creates greater efficiency for staff and members alike.

The goal within admin is to increase the speed of responsiveness up to 1,000% for the most difficult support requests.

Server Expansion At Smart Media Technologies
Smart Media are now currently involved in a major server expansion. Expanding their worldwide server clusters (a server cluster is a number of high speed servers networked together) to handle the evolving website data bandwidth. Smart Media are planning for the mid-range future as well as the long-term future. Smart Media Technologies prides itself on its current quality systems. By increasing the performance and efficiency of those systems, we will be ready for the future and the ability to do much more for members all around the world.

Programming Team Expansion
Fifteen new Programmers have been hired. This is really going to be exciting for Home Page Pays and all members because the programmers are working on a secret Smart Media Technologies project. Word is this secret project will make Home Page Pays a lot more powerful for all members. Try guessing because we have! All we know is; free members (because of this secret project) will be using Home Page Pays for a great deal more hours during the day. New Administrative Assistants
Have also been hired to work with our Creative Design and Programming Teams on all the Smart Media Technologies owned websites and back office.

Updates to the Members Back Office Accounting System
Representatives of Smart Media Technologies will also find many updates within the accounting area of the back office. While we have an excellent system now, its always a bonus to find further improvements. Mostly these improvements are involving payment transactions.
